THIS WEEK: November 6- GAME NIGHTvs. Central Catholic 7pm
Weather Outlook for Central Catholic: 90% chance of Rain showers and a high of 50 degrees, so that means game time will be in the 40's probably. (As of Wednesday)
Central Catholic Preview: Central Catholic is currently in 2nd place in the Mt. Hood Conference as a result of losing to Centennial back in Week 1. While both teams have one loss, Centennial won in head to head competition, thus holding the tie-breaker. This game is a huge one for the Eagles as far as playoffs go. However, instead of giving you all the twists and turn for what MIGHT happen, I'll give you the easy breakdown. If HRV beats Central Catholic on Friday, they will be in the playoffs. Otherwise, HRV will need Barlow to upset David Douglas, in order for the Eagles to make the playoffs for the first time since 2004. Simple, right?
Giving Back: On Saturday, October 11 the Eagles football team participated in a community service project near the Hood River waterfront. Current (and future?) HRV football players and coaches spent the morning pulling weeds and clearing brush. Pictures are below.
